"Don't Speak ill of the dead"

Don't speak ill of the dead doesn't mean give them full fanfare when the die.

Especially if the dead is a mentally deranged pedophile with more plastic surgery that a geriatric home for old Jewish woman. I find it surprising that with the turmoil in Iran and a multitude of devastating issues happening in countries across the globe, CNN and Fox have had Michael Jackson's much awaited death on the top-front page for the past few days, giving him a king's honor.

Either way, children are safer for his death.

A challenge to a censor

Richard Warman will probably agree to a debate if he's the only one speaking
Just like the CHRC. That's how censors do.

Also, for all you who haven't heard this yet; it was sent to me by a friend in Canada. SIDR Meeting No. 27.

Even the Canadian Government agrees that Richard Warman posted the Senator Anne Cools comment. Throughout the session, not one person argued against it and spoke of it as fact. I guess Warman's nuisance suit against the Free Speech Bloggers is getting worse and worse by the day.

I too agree with Professor Martin that Richard Warman should metaphorically be hung in the public square. People like Richard Warman don't deserve respect, especially not after he called Senator Anne Cools a "n**** cunt" and a "n***** import".

Richard Warman is homo douchebag and his little "everybody loves me" house of cards has been crashing piece by piece. I hear that he may no longer have a job soon.

Philippe Dufresne is a Fag

The only thing missing in this picture is a cock in his mouth
(but you can see a residual dent in his cheek)

The Commission sent this androgynous fag to CTV to "debate" Mr. Levant. By "debate" I mean "no debate". The Canadian Human/Homo Rights Commission doesn't have the balls to debate Levant.

The makings of a great dictatorship - refusal to allow anyone other than their side to be heard. Bunch of cowards who can't handle a debate.

Either way, Philippe Dufresne (the CHRC patsy) went on TV and lied his ass off at 90% of the questions. Yes Philippe, YOU ARE A LIAR.

Way to go Ezra Levant!

FUCK. THE. CHRC.

The CHRC Pledge

This is where Canada is going. It's only a short while before flushing the country and starting over is more effective than changing policies.

P.S. Richard Warman is a dirty bugger

MP Jason Kenney-Warman - Canada's Elected Monkey

Seems like Jason Kenney-Warman (his new married name) is out to pretty much ban anyone with a twinge of dissent from Canada or wherever he can. About a year ago, this cum-guzzler banned Paul Fromm and another speaker from the grounds of Canadian Parliament for trying to criticize the Canadian "Human Rights" Commission.

Now, only 2 weeks after he returns from his honeymood with Richard Warman in the Leper Colonies of Indonesia (hotels don't allow pets), he's put his foot down once again, this time on British MP George Galloway. You see the problem with Jason Kenney-Warman is that he absolutely hates freedoms, including freedom of speech and freedom of opinion.

It's amazing how a country like Canada has turned from the "peacekeepers" to the enforcers for genocidal states. Why was MP Galloway banned from entering Canada? For sending humanitarian aid to Palestianians suffering from famine and disease while the Jews where moving on with a campaign of Holocaust against them.

What pisses off Jason Kenney-Warman more than people thinking that Jews can do wrong? It's people who help Holocaust victims. Yes. You heard it here first. Jason Kenney hates those who help current Holocaust victims. He likes to adopt a National Geographic approach instead "let the tiger eat the dear and just OBSERVE".

Who is Jason Kenney-Warman going to ban next and from where? I'd ask him myself, but he smells like semen when he burps and my immune system isn't that of a cockroach. He has been the MP of Calgary Southeast from 1997 until the present. That's a long time for a dirtbag. But, it makes you wonder what the population majority is in Calgary Southeast... Retards perhaps? Maybe Jews? Or Retarded Jews?

So back to my question? What's next for Jason Kenney-Warman?

It's like a game of clue. We have eliminated the following:

  • Fromm from Parliament with the house leaders
  • Galloway from Canada with the Canadian Border Security Agency
  • Free speech from Canada with the Canadian Jewish Congress
  • Sphincter control from his ass with Richard Warman
  • Heterosexuality from his home with a rainbow flag
So what's left?

People:
  1. Ezra Levant
  2. Mark Steyn
  3. Intelligent Thought
  4. Hugh G. Rekshon
  5. Christianity
From:
  1. His car
  2. Church
  3. McDonalds
  4. Heaven
  5. Sidewalks
With:
  1. Candlestick
  2. Dildo
  3. His Jedi Mind Tricks
  4. Chuck Norris
  5. Simon Whines-n-thal Center

4-1-4? A guy like him must be intimidated by infants...
or 5-2-5... He's practically a Jew now. That's what they do, isn't it?

Dear Canadian Human Rights Commission,

I am a fan of your work. I too strive to make sure Canadians have uniform thoughts with the threat of jail and/or deportation. Please expedite this complaint and don't let it end up in the trash like the other ones that Richard Warman didn't file. I propose we extend Section 13 to churches as well as the Internet because they use wires and phones there.

I am complaining about the Edmonton Evangelican Covenant Church. They are oppressing their Jewish visitors by maintaining a strictly homogeneous religious curriculum without the special pass that was issued to Judaic prayer buildings and community centres. Jewish paritioners complain that they are unable to carry out the Judaic mass as the deacon there monopolizes the stage.

I await your rapid action. Alternately, I am willing to write up a decision of Dean Steacy wants to sign it after a quick glance.

Huggz and Kissz,
*masonic secret handshake*

Jason Kenney-Warman.

How about we all sit down for the national anthem:
"Oh Canada! ... fuck you and your 3-ring-parliament." That's all i have right now. The rest is in the works for the 2012 Olympics.

I know they say, love your country, hate your government... But Canada's not a real country soooo... yeah..... I'm not sure what to do in this paradoxical situation.

Please pass this banner around freely. Let's see if we can get Kenney's attention:

(Olay! Abortions for everyone!
Jason Kenney-Warman approves ths message)

Richard Warman has a twin in Australia

There is where Canada could go in a few months if the socially diseased likes of Richard Warman and his merry band of social terrorists. Interesting how WikiLeaks, a site that is critical of Politics (not racist, not sexist, not discriminating). Somehow ended up in a list of banned sites for Australians.

What's even more funny is how Australia and Canada have been repeatedly chiding China for it's censorship and it's "great firewall". Just like a dirty bum, the only smell that Canada can't smell is itself.

Australia's Blacklisted Hyperlinks to Cost Webmasters $11,000 a Day

Original Article here

According to the Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA), this and other blacklisted hyperlinks will cost webmasters $11,000 a day if published on a website. The hefty fine applies to any site containing a banned URL, which was demonstrated last week when the AMA threatened the host of an online broadband disccusion forum after a user posted a link to a banned anti-abortion website.

According to The Syndney Morning Herald, the ACMA's blacklist doesn't significantly impact web browsing by Australians, but that could change if the Federal Government implements its mandatory internet filtering censorship plan.

The newest site added to the ACMA's blacklist includes Wikileaks, who drew the ACMA's ire after it published a leaked document containing Denmark's lists of banned websites. Wikileaks had also posted Thailand's censorship, noting that both lists have expanded from child porn to other material including political discussions.

"We note that, not only do these incidents show that the ACMA censors are more than willing to interpret their broad guidelines to include a discussion forum and document repository, it is demonstrably inevitable that the Government's own list is bound to be exposed itself at some point in the future," Electronic Frontiers Australia said. "The Government would serve the country well by sparing themselves, and us, this embarrassment."

The Australian Government's internet censorship trials are due to begin shortly, however none of the major ISPs have been invited to participate. O_o

Yeah.. That means you ShitTurd Warman

Look at the section of the article highlighted in red. Remind you of a certain decrepit censor's attempts to make an ex-parte motion to ban sites from being accessible in Canada. ISP's weren't invited there either...

Fuck you Richard Warman... You are a real disease to Canada.

I don't want to pick on Warren Kinsella as he's curled up crying about getting fired from the CJC - how bad do you have to be to get fired from there? <- best line from that video "Now that EVEN the CJC can't stomach Kinsella will the Liberals fire him too?" Yeah... the CJC really scrapes the bottom of the barrel when trying to dig up scum to fill their posts.

Richard Warman gets his shit pushed by the Tribunal

All Together Now: "Take that Warman you censoring douchebag.

Rights tribunal backs Warman, with reservation

Hate Speech Ruling; 'Disappointing, disturbing' behaviour 'diminish credibility'

Joseph Brean, National Post Published: Saturday, March 14, 2009

Richard Warman's remarks "could have precipitated further hate messages," the tribunal said.

Ottawa lawyer Richard Warman yesterday extended his perfect record when the Canadian Human Rights Tribunal upheld his hate speech complaint against the Northern Alliance, a long-defunct London, Ont., white nationalist group, and its bankrupt former leader, Jason Ouwendyk.

The ruling brings Mr. Warman's victories at hate speech tribunals to more than a dozen, more by far than any other complainant under the controversial Section 13 of the Canadian Human Rights Act.

But in denying Mr. Warman's request for financial compensation and a fine, the tribunal also harshly criticized him for "disappointing and disturbing" online behaviour, including his posting of hate messages written by others that "could have precipitated further hate messages."

One such message, to which Mr. Warman added a comment, refers to former justice minister and Liberal MP Irwin Cotler as an "Israel firster." Mr. Warman's comment then referred to politicians as "scum."

"It diminishes his credibility," wrote CHRT chairman Edward Peter Lustig.

Mr. Warman, a former hate speech investigator for the Canadian Human Rights Commission, testified that he posted the messages "to assist him in his quest for information about" suspected hatemongers, the tribunal said.

Mr. Warman did not answer a request for comment. He has described himself as doing the work the CHRC is unwilling or technically unable to do itself. But yesterday's denunciation of his investigatory tactics feeds the public impression that Canada's legal approach to online hate speech needs modernizing.

The case against Mr. Ouwendyk was overwhelming. The messages about blacks, Jews, Asians and other minorities that Mr. Warman downloaded from his Web site, all of which predate January, 2004, were "not simply nasty, crude and vicious," but also "express the idea that people should be hated or held in contempt because of who they are rather than what they have done."

As it often does for cases in the public interest, the CHRC "vigorously participated" in the case on Mr. Warman's behalf until the week before the tribunal was to convene last August. It then withdrew, citing a "change of circumstances." These included the the fact the hate messages were no longer online and the Web site had been sold, and that Mr. Ouwendyk had declared bankruptcy and owed Mr. Warman an outstanding penalty in a small claims libel suit.

Mr. Lustig found this last-minute withdrawal "troubling" because the CHRC had known those reasons for many months.

Last August was also a tense moment in the debate over free speech and human rights law. Faced with a public outcry driven by hate speech complaints against Maclean's magazine, the CHRC had just appointed an independent expert to review its online hate speech mandate. The expert later recommended that hate speech be left to the police.

As the only party left on the prosecution side, Mr. Warman asked for cease-and-desist orders, a penalty of $7,500 and victim compensation for himself of $6,000.

Mr. Lustig decided to issue a cease-and-desist order "to be on the safe side," but left it pending the outcome of the constitutional challenge of Section 13 that is part of a separate hate speech case against Freedomsite.orgwebmaster Marc Lemire. In his reasons for denying a financial penalty or compensation, Mr. Lustig found that, contrary to Mr. Warman's submissions, the hate messages had ceased well before the complaint was filed and were no longer online.

"To a certain extent, there would not appear to be anything to remediate," he wrote.

Mr. Lustig also wrote that Mr. Warman "admitted (after initially denying) that he had participated in communicating messages on Internet Web sites similar to the Northern Alliance Web site utilizing pseudonyms such as Pogue Mahone and Axetogrind.

The one about Mr. Cotler, a prominent human rights expert, was posted on July 18, 2004, to the Floridabased "white nationalist" site Stormfront.

In the message, titled "Re: Irwin Cotier [sic] (Jewish) as Minister of Justice in Canada," Mr. Warman quotes at length from a previous post -- written by someone else -- about Mr. Cotler.

It starts by observing that Mr. Cotler is Jewish, then accuses him of spending "much needed tax dollars on a scheme to further impose the will of Israel-firsters on Canadians."

Mr. Warman then added the comment, "Did you know we had an election and the new Cabinet hasn't been named yet? We still have scum in government but we have to wait and see which scum goes where."

In another message, posted on the similarly themed Vanguard News Network on Jan. 5, 2005, Mr. Warman responded to a message--again written by someone else--about Jeff Schoep, whom the Southern Poverty Law Centre described as "uniform-clad commander of the neo-Nazi National Socialist Movement."

The message suggested news coverage of Mr. Schoep's activities by "those ADL [Anti-Defamation League] Jews" might "spark curiosity in (not yet racist) whites."

"I agree. Keep up the good work Commander Schoep!" Mr. Warman wrote. He then signed the message with "88," a common neo-Nazi salute that means "Heil Hitler," because H is the eighth letter of the alphabet.

Mr. Warman told the tribunal his messages "did not 'cross the line' into hate messaging" and that his quotation of possible hate messages written by others were "inadvertent slips."

The tribunal found this explanation "very weak," and wrote, "I do not see any acceptable reason for Mr. Warman to have participated on the Stormfront or Vanguard sites, since there appears to be ample easily obtained messages on these sites available without his involvement."

The tribunal further found that "his activity in this regard could have precipitated further hate messages in response."
